Earn Links That Make Sense for Your Business

Perhaps competitors are mentioned on industry sites while your business is overlooked. Or you have tried buying backlinks and cannot tell which placements are useful. More links are not automatically better: the source, context, editorial standards and relevance all matter.

Our starting point is your website and existing backlink profile. We look at how your business is currently referenced, which pages are worth promoting and whether there is useful information others would have a reason to cite.

Who this suits: Kenyan service businesses, specialist B2B firms, publishers and online shops with useful pages worth referencing. Link acquisition works best alongside sound SEO foundations and genuinely useful content.

Where Link Building Can Help

Relevant editorial links can help people discover your work and support a healthier online presence. Priorities may include:

  • Understanding where existing backlinks come from and which links warrant review.
  • Finding relevant publications, associations and industry resources.
  • Developing resources and stories worth linking to.
  • Improving brand mentions, referral opportunities and topical relevance.
  • Keeping clear records of outreach and acquired links.

No ethical provider can guarantee search rankings or that an independent publisher will link to a specific page.

Our Solution

We combine a backlink review, prospect research, useful content ideas and targeted outreach into an agreed programme. The goal is to earn appropriate mentions and links, not inflate a link count.

Where a website needs technical or on-page improvements first, we explain that dependency. Our content marketing and off-page SEO services can complement a link-building brief, with deliverables agreed separately.

Built Around Relevance

  • Review opportunities against audience fit and editorial standards.
  • Agree target pages and outreach themes before implementation.
  • Report activity, confirmed placements and unresolved opportunities.

Our Solution Includes:

We select suitable tactics after reviewing your website. Each proposal identifies the outreach activity, any content creation and the reporting included.

Backlink Profile Review
Assess existing linking domains, referring pages, anchor patterns and potential quality concerns. An unusual link is not automatically harmful.

Relevant Prospect Research
Identify industry publications, resource pages, professional associations and other websites with a legitimate reason to reference your content.

Editorial Outreach
Contact suitable publishers with a relevant story, expert contribution or resource. Editors retain discretion over publication and linking decisions.

Link-Worthy Content
Recommend useful guides, research, tools or pages that others may choose to cite. New content production is included only where explicitly specified.

How We Plan and Deliver Link Building

  1. Review and priorities: assess the website, existing link profile, audience and competitors; agree target pages and appropriate outreach themes.
  2. Research and outreach: shortlist relevant prospects, prepare tailored pitches and share suitable content or resources.
  3. Verify and report: document outreach, confirm independently published links where available, review referral signals and agree adjustments.

Publisher decisions, editorial timelines and the number of earned links are outside our direct control. We do not promise placements or particular ranking improvements.

Know what your investment covers

Pay for accountable campaign delivery: Monthly fees cover research, pitch preparation, outreach and the stated content capacity for one business and website. A qualified prospect is a unique website screened for topical and audience relevance, editorial standards and signs of genuine readership. Follow-ups do not count as new prospects or first-contact pitches. We report researched, contacted, replied and published opportunities separately.

Set a realistic brief: Quantities are monthly scope ceilings. Target regions, languages, approved contacts, content readiness and any prospect shortages are agreed before work starts; we do not fill quotas with irrelevant sites. Outreach requires approval of the campaign brief, facts and sender identity. Content format, length and revisions are specified in writing. New assets may be an expert guide or contribution; original research, surveys, interactive tools and extensive design are quoted separately.

One quality standard: Higher tiers increase capacity, not permission to use lower-quality sites. We assess context, relevance, readership and linking patterns rather than relying on a domain-authority score alone. We do not use private blog networks, automated comment spam or paid links intended to pass ranking credit. Any separately agreed sponsorship must be disclosed and links appropriately marked sponsored or nofollow.

Independent editorial decisions: Publishers choose whether, when and how to publish, link and label their content. Fixed backlink counts, dofollow status, indexation, permanent placements, rankings and referral sales are not guaranteed. Reports record confirmed URLs, target pages, anchor text and observed link attributes, and distinguish paid coverage from earned links.

Review commercial progress: Use an initial 90-day roadmap to build assets, test outreach themes and review responses. Assess relevant referring domains, identifiable referral traffic and qualified enquiries where tracking allows, alongside work completed. A mention without a link is reported separately, and improved rankings cannot be attributed to links alone.

Commercial terms and exclusions: Prices are monthly starting points. Final deliverables, applicable taxes, payment terms, contract length and support are confirmed in your written quotation. Paid placements, sponsorship fees, premium tools, major content/design projects, technical fixes and link-removal or disavow work are separate. Existing SEO clients receive a combined scope that credits overlapping deliverables.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your Questions, Answered

Why is link building important for SEO?
Relevant editorial links can help search engines discover pages and connect websites to topics. They can also send referral visitors. Quality, context and the rest of your SEO foundations matter more than raw link counts.
Do you guarantee a number of backlinks?
No. Our monthly plans start at KSh 35,000 for Outreach Foundation, KSh 65,000 for Authority Growth and KSh 120,000 for Editorial Enterprise. They cover defined prospect research, tailored pitches, follow-ups and campaign content. Publishers decide whether, when and how to link. We report outreach, replies, unlinked mentions and confirmed backlinks separately. We do not guarantee fixed backlink counts, dofollow status, rankings or permanent placements. Final scope, taxes and commercial terms are confirmed in writing.
Will you buy backlinks or use private blog networks?
Our approach prioritises relevant editorial opportunities and avoids link schemes intended to manipulate rankings. Any paid sponsorship or placement would need to be disclosed and appropriately qualified, and is not included by default.
How long will link building take to help?
Outreach and editorial publication can take weeks or months; changes in search visibility are uncertain and depend on many other factors. We review activity and outcomes without guaranteeing a deadline.
Can you review spammy or unwanted backlinks?
Yes, a backlink review can flag patterns worth investigating. Not every unusual link needs removal or disavowal; we assess the evidence before recommending action.
